Missing, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Before accepting your parcel, check the contents and confirm the weight matches the shipping details. If there is an issue:

- Provide clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, package weight, and the item(s) received.
After review, we will either resend the correct item(s) or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
